Customer Service Representative

Kelly Services is currently hiring for a TEMP to PERM opportunity for a client in Oakville, OntarioTitle: Customer Fulfillment Representative Pay rate: $25- $29/ hour based on experience.Temp to perm position: Mon – Friday – operation is from 8am – 6:30pm, would prefer candidates work the 10:30am – 6:30pm shift- in-person- 2 days in office – Between Monday and Wednesday, and must be in the office on Tuesdays. Requirements:PunctualityMeets metrics and deliverables.Is task oriented, can follows processes and structureFast-paced environmentOrder entry experience on ERP system such as SAP, Salesforce, Ariba,Handle 25 – 30 new cases daily while working on pending cases from previous daysLow volume phone calls, most of the work is via email or the databaseSupport Sales team and customers – who are typically looking for status on orders Candidate will be assigned a territory and they will own the customers in that territory.They have 4 people assigned to each territory and they will sit in a nice office environment to provide support to each member of the team.Criminal and Global background check via Triton.2 x Work ReferencesCopy of education Candidate will be provided a laptop and headset Could be required to be in office for 3 days for the first 3 months. 2 weeks training with quality team.Have to work 3 stat holidays, they will get a payout or day in lieu, they get to choose.
