Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our manufacturing and installation teams to streamline processes and enhance communication. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any service-related challenges promptly, maintaining our high standards of customer care. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of services provided, oversee invoicing of completed works, and prepare regular reports for management. What You Bring: Experience: Proven experience in service coordination, logistics, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
