Role Overview:

As the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to propel the company toward its revenue targets. You will lead the sales team, develop comprehensive sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. A profound understanding of the digital exchange, cryptocurrency, blockchain sector, or related fields such as investment banking or fintech is essential. Your goal will be to optimize the sales process, enhance market penetration, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring new clients to ETC desk
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, driving expansion and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on sales performance and market developments.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the digital exchange, cryptocurrency, blockchain, investment banking, venture capitalist, institutional investment, equity firms. * Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and CRM software, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
