Qualifications and Skills: * Teaching Assistant Qualification: Essential. * Phonics Training: Essential. * Experience: Previous experience working with children with ASD is required. * Passion and Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
