Yard Operative

Yard Operative required for a permanent, full time role at a recycling company based in Exeter - EX2

• £25,038 per annum
• Overtime paid at £19.26 per hour after 40 hours worked per week
• Monday-Friday 0830-1630
• 30 mins paid break, 30 mins unpaid
• Free parking on site or accessible by bus routes Green and B
• Canteen on site
• Annual shut down between Christmas and New Year
• Promote-from-within philosophy

About the role

• Working as part of a team, under the supervision of the site manager
• Ensuring that materials that arrive on site are processed safely and efficiently
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Operating forklifts

The right candidate

• Prior experience in a similar role such as production, factory, warehouse
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work Saturdays, if required
