Customer Service Assistant

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor located in Watford. Ideally from a customer service background or fast paced administration background. You will be dealing with enquires via phone, updating customer accounts, aliasing with internal teams to support with enquires, you will need to multitask, provide an outstanding service and complaint handling.
