A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to provide full support to Account Managers and the Sales Team Leader.
Working within a busy sales department, you will be responsible for internal sales and supporting the Account Managers, whilst building strong business relationships. You’ll interact with customers on a daily basis and provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Make outbound calls to existing customers and conduct account analysis to review lapsed business
* Assist with customer visits alongside Account Managers as needed
* Handle inbound calls to the sales department, resolving queries and providing solutions
* Manage incoming emails and ensure prompt responses
* Ensure delivery deadlines are met and keep customers informed of any delays
* Raise quotes and follow them through to completion
* Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve set targets and KPIs
* Build and maintain strong, credible business relationships with customers
* Prepare weekly reports detailing customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes
* Process new sales enquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Requirements:
* Previous sales administration experience
* Well organised and proactive
* A collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude
* IT literate.
