Cnc Programmer

Position: CNC Programmer Location: Bewdley Salary: £32,000 Experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in CAD/CAM software and the ability to read and interpret 2D drawings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lathe work, drilling, and tapping, and will be adept at planning workloads within a team setting. A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to produce high-quality components. * Interpret and work from 2D engineering drawings to create precise and accurate parts. * Execute lathe work, drilling, and tapping operations with precision. * Plan and organize workloads effectively within the team to meet production targets and deadlines. * Adhere to and promote health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer. * Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software. * Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings accurately. * Solid experience in lathe work, drilling, and tapping. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workloads within a team. * A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace.
