Head of Change Management

Head of Change Management: Change, People, Technology, Transformation: The Role: We're looking for an Experienced Head of Change Management for a market leading Geospatial marine business. We are looking for an individual who has established a Change Management function from the ground up, who ideally has some experience in the public sector/central government. Duration: 12 months - likely to extend beyond this. Start Date: ASAP Rate: £600p/d - £700p/d Inside Scope depending on experience. Location: Hybrid - Remote working predominately, with occasional travel on site to Taunton (once a week roughly) Responsibilities/ Requirements: Demonstrable knowledge of Establishing a Change Management function in an organisation Change management in relation to IT transformations is essential. Spearheading change and governance. Public sector experience is preferred, ideally within Central Government. Implement change initiatives to ensure the pace keeps up with organisational goals and best practices. Implementation of change frameworks across the organisation.
