Office Management Working Student

As one of QuantCo’s largest data science and software engineering hubs, our Berlin office is looking for a working student to support our People Operations team part-time (10 - 20 hours per week). The minimum duration of the position will be 6 months, which can be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties. While the start date is flexible, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.What you will do:Managing procurement/ordersPreparing packages for shippingManaging key card system for office accessCoordinating office movesSupporting the organization of eventsMaintaining an employee database and internal Confluence pageWhat we are looking for:All degree programs (Bachelor, Master, etc.) in any subject/major/field are welcomeVery good academic standing, i.e. top or strong grades (required)Good organizational and self-management skills (required)German and English language skills (required)Resident of Berlin or BrandenburgGreat communicator, a pragmatic decision-maker, and have a hands-on/can-do work attitudeNo technical skills are required but previous internship or other organizing experience is a plusWhat we offer:You will be part of a smart and motivated team working on challenging problems and finding novel solutions.
