Information Communication & Technology Services; Business & Corporate Services; Newstead As the Principal Business Analyst, you will work with limited supervision as part of the Business Engagement team, ICT Services unit in the Business Corporate Services directorate to lead, manage and undertake the identification, analysis, and documentation of current state and future state business processes and requirements, including business process modelling, within a large and complex Information Communication and Technology (ICT) environment, to ensure the delivery of valued integrated and effective business solutions to program/projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business analysis activities within a large ICT environment. Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations and workflow to establish a base for developing improved structures, processes, and systems. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the business analysis framework in OIR ICTS. Provide strategic and operational advice regarding program/project direction for business analysis activities including business process modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling, and use case development. Ensure requirements gathering, modelling, and stakeholder management activities comply with approved standards, methods, tools, and notation. Develop business and software requirements specifications for IM/ICT projects, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide support and mentoring for other business analysts within the program/project(s). Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communications and fostering relationships across program/projects.
