Network LAN Analyst Location: Larne, N Ireland Hybrid: 3 days onsite Hourly Rate: £24-28.00 per hour 12-month Contract with possible extension My client is a global client who is looking for an experience Network LAN Analyst, this is a long term contract. You will be part of a team of 11 covering the EAME. Your responsibilities as a 2nd/3rd line Line support will be: * Monitor and manage support tickets ensuring that high standards are being upheld and responded to in a timely manner. * Create and maintain a high standard of technical documentation. * 24 hour coverage so on call rota * Additional pay when on call (even if no calls are taken) You will have experience of the following: * Cisco * CCNA and/or CCNP * Cisco 3850 and 9300 switches * Terminal emulation * Windows * 2nd/3rd line support If you are interested in this role or would like to discuss this role in more detail, click “apply” and we will be in touch if your application is suitable.
