Reporting to Controller
Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis no matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.

The Accounting function's role at RIA is to tell the accurate story of a complex organization's financial standing. We are tasked with understanding how all the pieces fit together and effectively communicating performance drivers. We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role:
The successful Senior Accountant candidate will be: Curious:
Utilize analytical skills to identify potential issues, dig in to understand root causes and follow through to resolution. Self-directed:

Learn the intricacies of a complex organizational structure with extensive inter-company transactions. Collaborative:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Minimum of five year experience in accounting Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively anticipate needs of Executives

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $83,000 and $100,000 annually depending upon qualifications.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
Radiology Imaging Associates offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, AD&D, EAP, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, PTO and holiday pay for eligible employees. There are also options for voluntary income protection benefits i.e., supplemental life insurance, accident, and critical illness, profit sharing 401(k) retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
