The right candidate will also have experience in supporting children with special educational needs especially SEMH, ADHD, Aspergers and ASD The role SEN Teaching assistant to work with SEMH students   To work with small groups and on 1:1 basis Work collaboratively with the class teacher to enable pupils to reach their full potential Be a creative individual who enjoys working with students About you Have experience working with children. Confident and proactive Have a nurturing approach Can work closely with the class teacher Experience working with children with SEN including SEMH ASD, ADHD and Aspergers Can engage and motivate children Can display good behaviour management skills Can use their creativity in the classroom.
