Credit Controller (Hybrid)

Sheridan Maine is partnering with a South-West-based company to hire a permanent Credit Controller.  This would ideally suit credit control specialist who is ready for their next career move.
 
In this role varied looking after selected customers and your responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include:
 
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include, but will not be limited to:

• Liaising with customers to chase overdue payments via phone and email
• Address and resolve invoice and payment queries
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain records
• Collaborate with the wider team and other departments
• Plus, a range of other activities

 
The successful Credit Controller will require the following skills and experience:

• Prior credit control experince
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Time management and organisational skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
