Role of a Registered Nurse Are you looking for a Nursing role? We have a client based in Bromley they are a nursing home offering specialized nursing care for elderly individuals. The home provides long – term care, including services for residents with complex medical needs such as dementia and physical disabilities. They are looking for Day & night nurses! Responsibilities: * Administer and monitor medication, ensuring accurate record-keeping. * Assess and implement personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs. * Provide 24-hour nursing care and respond promptly to medical emergencies. * Work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to provide holistic care. * Supervise and support care assistants in delivering day-to-day care. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe environment. Requirements: * Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). * Experience in elderly care or dementia care is highly desirable. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Compassionate, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
