• Manage a large caseload, providing coordinated practical support and advice to students with complex needs and co-occurring conditions.
• Support students daily, signposting/referring them to external services where appropriate, to ensure access to relevant support.
• Facilitate the provision of appropriate adaptations and support, including the coordination of non-medical support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.

• Previous experience in a similar role in higher education or professional disability advice environment.
• Experience handling, prioritising and problem-solving a range of enquiries.
• Strong relationship-building skills, and confidence liaising and engaging with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
