PRESENTATION OF IT SOURCING STRATEGY TEAM The Team leads all the Sourcing Practices for Group Technology Operations and the Group CIO divisions to support the GO IT strategies: Lead the definition, the implementation and the governance of the Group Technology Operations and Group CIO sourcing strategy (4 years plan) Lead the yearly Group Technology Operations and Group CIO Workforce Action Plan Lead and manage the Sourcing Request practice across Group Technology Operations and Group CIO Support GTO Transformation especially on the liaison with GO HR teams in the preparation and steering of the social affair cases. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Support the definition, implementation and governance of the Group IT Services sourcing strategy. Support the definition of the IT Sourcing plan for the next 4 years in close collaboration with GTO/Group CIO LTM members (8 products families, 4 markets, 2 transversal Departments, GO CIO and 2 Corp. Mandate Departments) and manage portfolio related initiatives. Support and participate in associated initiatives in collaboration with the different owners of programs/projects/topics. Plan and animate working groups composed of Monitoring Partners, finance people, GOT, LTM members / other Executives; coordinate and federate them and steer decisions under time-pressured constraints on IT. Collaborate closely with the IT transformation team on the implementation of the IT Sourcing Strategic plan through Operating Model implementation for GTO & GCIO. Facilitate GTO/GCIO extended LTM offsites (Twice a year) and ad hoc LTM presentations. Support coordination between GTO/GCIO Sourcing Strategy, Group Operation Transformation, and Finance to simplify the practices, the planning, and the reporting at AXA GO level and create a consistent approach. As part of the IT Sourcing Strategy team, you will ensure consistency between all the Sourcing Practices led by the team (IT Sourcing Strategy/Workforce Evolution/Sourcing request Process) and strength of proposition of improvement. PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Experience: 5 years in an international and multicultural environment. Knowledge of sourcing plan management and sourcing process. Skills: Transversal: Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment. Ability to prioritize & deliver under strong time constraints. Ability to drive change in culture and practices. At ease and able to deliver successfully in a matrix structure. Ability to discuss at different levels of the organization. Strong collaborative mindset. Technical: Expert level in Excel. Master level in Power Point. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in both French and English.
