We now need you to supervise those 2 Engineer as well as being hands on, on sites yourself. You will be the technical back drop of a fast growing distributor and manufacturing company. In-house product customisation means you can work on solutions competitors can’t – and you’ll be well-rewarded for doing so via a solid salary and bonus. You’ll lead the technical team, running complex designs and ensuring customers solutions are met. To put a figure to that growth, the business has doubled in size every year for the past five years. Technical Manager duties: Office based job Managing and designing solutions for customers Dealing with customers over the phone and on-site with technical enquiries Leading the service & breakdown department Growing the service side of the business Manage both engineers & administration staff Being the point of contact for clients & managing service contracts Providing technical support to both clients & engineers. .
