Boden Group deliver facilities maintenance services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites in the South West and South East. Main Duties of the role: * Analyse contract requirements and develop comprehensive cost plans throughout the lifecycle, ensuring financial efficiency and project success. * Provide support and clarity on contractual matters, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals. * Prepare detailed quotations, managing project costs in line with budgetary expectations. * Engage with supply chain and conduct procurement, including framework contracts. * Understand the implications of H&S regulations and industry requirements, safeguarding our commitment to workplace safety. * Authorisation of supply chain invoices and settling accounts. * Carry out invoicing and applications as appropriate. * Pricing billable works accurately and agreeing variations. * Produce cash flow forecasts as necessary * Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. * Building & maintaining effective working relations with other departments. Required Skills and Abilities: Essential: * Industry relevant qualification * Commercial experience in a construction or maintenance environment * Management of project costs * Knowledge of facilities management processes * Working relationships with clients and supply chain * Microsoft Office software Desirable Qualifications: * IACCM/WCC Practitioner * CIPS or equivalent * CIWFM * RICS Accreditation Join us and lead the way in facilities management excellence together
