Mechanical Fitter Coatbridge Monday – Friday 8-4 Occasional Night Shift Are you a newly qualified fitter looking to transfer to Rail rail-mounted Plant? Do you hold a full UK driving license? Benefits Package * Personal Track Safety certification (PTS) (sponsorship & training provided if not held) * Van & Fuel card supplied * Self Employed or PAYE options available * Willing to gain RPA Certification (Rail Plant Association) training provided As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be required to: * Carry out planned maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and schedules * Undertake electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as required * Complete maintenance and service documentation in line with company procedures * Work both in the depot and on-site * Be willing to travel and work out of hours Candidate: * Newly qualified fitter looking to transfer to Rail mounted Plant * Knowledge of excavators and large plant * Able to work unsupervised when required * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Willing to gain additional certifications and undergo mandatory Drug & Alcohol tests * Full driving licence * Own tools required (specialised tools will be provided if necessary) Does this sound like something you want to be a part of?
