Technical Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join maintenance / refurbishment contractor on the South Coast. They are looking for the Technical Manager to over see all bid duties in tendering / winning new projects. Technical Manager Duties: - Providing technical design approvals for the projects - Creating and presenting the design programme at progress meetings - Communicating with the relevant authorities - Maintaining multiple sites at least, concurrently - Reviewing detailed construction drawings - Recognising and addressing technical and construction issues as they emerge - Adhering to budgetary constraints - Conducting site inspections Technical Manager Criteria: - Experienced technical or design manager. - Technical knowledge of construction / maintenance / refurbishment projects - Degree-level construction, design, or technical certification. over see all bid duties in tendering / winning new projects (url removed)
