If you’re currently or have previously been a Room Manager, sometimes known as Room Leader, we have the chance for you to join our Gumboots Nursery. Ofsted-rated Good, Gumboots Nursery and Pre-School provides Early Years Education and Care to children from birth to 5 years old. You can find us in East Dulwich at (Apply online only) Crystal Palace Rd, SE22 9EP, close to East and North Dulwich stations. We are a spacious nursery with separate rooms and gardens for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. You’ll be planning and creating engaging activities, building parent relationships and maintaining best practice amongst your team. You’ll ensure observations are thorough and to our high standard, with quality Early Years Education as your top priority. Our values underpin our work. You'll hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector to count in legal EY ratios, as well as have some previous experience as a Room Leader or Room Manager in another Early Years nursery setting. You’ll also need to hold the right to work in the UK to join us.
