Your personality, experience and qualifications To be considered for this Pastry Chef de Partie job, you should have previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel, or similar high-level restaurant setting. While experience in a AA rosette awarded operation is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding attitude, with a continual willingness to learn and absorb. Above all else, you should have a strong love for all things pastry. The successful candidate will also have clear opportunities to progress to Pastry Sous Chef and possibly Head Chef roles in the future. Apply now!
