Alma Personnel have great pleasure in recruiting for their long-standing client, who are based in Tamworth, for a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Main duties of the Customer Service/Sales Administrator include: * Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email * Process customer orders * Build relationships with customers and ensure they are kept up to date throughout * Liaise with internal departments * Attend meetings and trade shows * Collate information and compile reports * Handle customer returns, refunds, and invoices * Raise orders * General administration duties as required The ideal candidate will: * Have excellent IT skills including Excel * Be a clear and confident communicator * Have good attention to detail and organisational skills This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
