Synopsis of the role:
Analyzes YTD billings by customer, sales pipeline values by sales team, client power map plans, wins,loses - generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales by team and collaborates with finance and other areas of business. Prepares standard sales reports and recommendations for Sales management. Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as Fraud, Consumer, Commercial and Partnership through business analysis and tracking of key business drivers and initiatives. Measures new product progress, validates and tracks sales campaign's progress tracking, efficiency and reporting. Works with Sales Management, Sales Planning, Sales Consulting, Sales Operations , IT and other parts of the business to promote sales excellence through various means including metrics management, analysis of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting. Prepares and analyzes sales forecasts and results reports and presentations including analyses of variances versus budget forecasts. Support periodic sales revenue target setting and forecasting, and may conduct research to estimate market demand. Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems used by Sales and Consulting Teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist senior business owners in identifying and prioritizing progress and tracking that will provide optimum benefits to the business results.

  • Develop information/data to improve overall sales performance and drive new business to closure and design and implement performance metrics tracking systems which show daily/weekly/monthly performance against plan.

  • Maintain and drive the adoption of a common sales methodology and tracking system integrity of CRM, including pipeline, across the business unit.

  • Prepare management reports and presentations including variance and trend analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to develop automated performance monitoring. This may also include working with internal and external parties (propensity to buy, propensity to churn etc.) also be the single point of contact for all contract flows that must be done under GFS

  • Assist senior business owners in identifying and prioritizing major risks and opportunities to our three major LOB business lines and provide optimum benefits to the business results and support account assignment planning and territory management for the sales organization.

  • Develop information/data to improve overall sales performance and drive business to closure.

  • Provide ad-hoc decision support and business analysis to the sales team and Canadian Leadership Team members and ad-hoc decision support and business analysis to the sales team

What Experience you need :

  • Ability to create dashboard and reports

  • Ability to create presentations

  • Learn Salesforce and reporting tools , pipeline, opportunities etc these reports are part of Salesforce

  • Background using Excel

  • Support sales team with our new billing system

  • Bachelors Degree
