Key Requirements:

• 
  
• Sourcing and Quality Assessment: Select and procure a variety of apples, ensuring quality through rigorous evaluation of ripeness and flavor to achieve the desired cider profiles.
• Tastings, Events, and Feedback Collection: Participate in tastings, events, and festivals to promote the cider, engage with customers, and gather feedback to continually improve and refine the products.
• Maintenance and Hygiene: Regularly clean and maintain cider-making equipment while adhering to strict sanitation practices to ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination and spoilage.
• Product Development and Innovation: Create new cider recipes by experimenting with different apple varieties, additives, and techniques, while staying updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into production.
