Quantity Surveyor

I am currently assisting a bespoke Main-Contractor with their search for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £9m mixed-use scheme on a temp-perm basis. Responsibilities * Working closely with a Senior QS on a project based in West London where you will be part of a collaborative Commercial team. * Involved with variations, valuations, CVR's, procurement and liasing closely with the client. Requirements * Experience working with a UK Main Contractor. * Experience dealing with claims * Ideally New Build/Commercial experience * Degree qualified This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a Main-Contractor who can offer progression and a chance to work autonomously
