Merchandising Assistant

We are currently looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support a newly formed team within Wholesale.  If you are currently an Allocator or keen to start a career in Merchandising within Wholesale, this could be the role for you. About the role: Create and manage weekly performance analysis for Wholesale, Ebay and Services. In conjunction with Wholesale lead, manage the wholesale inventory proposing and raising repeat orders, working with suppliers to ensure deliveries on time into the warehouse using the B2B system. Work with the Jewellery buying teams to define, attribute, set up new lines and maintain pricing on Signet systems and Very. Manage the Very portal with accurate stock, lead times and sku detail working with logistics to ensure system maintenance and accuracy. Work with wholesale partners and Signet digital & marketing departments to optimise the customer journey with onsite visibility, source imagery and support any marketing activity. Merchandising Support- Manage the administration of the WSSI – setting plans, weekly roll ups and running open to buy reports to assist Merchandising with planning. About you: Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Good eye for detail. Strong numerical and proven analytical skills. Creative problem-solving skills. Flexible approach to work. Good communication and teamworking skills, and enjoy speaking to new people. A basic understanding of merchandising, with a genuine interest in forging a career within merchandising.
