Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire an Identity Access Management (IAM) Business Lead for an initial 12 month contract. This role will be hybrid, 1-2 days a week in office in Toronto. You will be responsible for the following duties: Drive enhancements to security that are both practical and achievable using a balanced approach Maintain, create and enhance processes related to the lifecycle of IAM and supporting documentation Identify new IAM requirements through industry resources, research and consultation with technology subject matter experts Identify metrics thresholds and business rules for measuring data quality  Recommend solutions to enhance processes, eliminate risks, and improve the speed and quality of key services  Perform specific data or analysis based on business user requests and contribute to automation of reporting requirements, and design documents for data quality & data management Qualifications: Must Haves: Over 10 years of experience with Identity and Access Management Working experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Workday software Agile Methodology University education Nice to have: Previous banking experience is a strong nice to have CISSP certification Previous experience leading IAM projects If you are qualified and interested in discussing this role in more detail, please submit your resume to Spencer Young at [email protected]. #VMS
