The successful applicant will assume all responsibilities for their respective businesses within the designated partner and Business Unit, along with supporting specific functions across Business units. : Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses  Prepare and present business plans including;Initiate and plan account promotional plansOn-site merchandising co-development and executionCoordinate divisional channel manager activitiesExecute assortment updates Responsible for account P&L measurements to include;Top line salesStandard marginWarrantyControllable expenses Account ownership to include;Account key contact and weekly meetingsPartnership with NAM & Channel Manager to execute business planForecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)Monitor and analyze POS results Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams General Business SupportTrack customer inventory levels to flag problems and assist in decision makingManage tracking and approval of returns, Born to Run Program   : College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player Creativity and strategic thinking skills Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent selling and negotiation skills Good understanding of basic financial concepts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook We care about the safety and the well-being of our employees.
