Customer Service Advisor

Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come and join our client in Lowestoft on a temporary basis until September. In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls to their central hub and transferring to the correct department.    What's needed as a Customer Service Advisor  Previous experience in a call centre environment Excellent customer service skills HOURS: 37.5 hours per week ( Mon to Fri) PAY: 11.45 per hour DURATION: Initially until September  2024                                           LOCATION: Lowestoft    Why work through Hales Group?
