Are you looking for experience working with SEMH, SEN, ASD and ADHD children? A lovely school in Windsor is looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join their team in September. They are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker or has experience with ASD, ADHD and SEN. In this role as Behaviour Support Worker, you will be valued as a part of a vital team and will be supported throughout your whole time there. The school are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to support a Year 3 pupil with SEMH who is resilient and patient. The school also have a role supporting a lovely Year 6 pupil with ASD and ADHD who is also part of a small group who have complex needs. Your role as Behaviour Support Worker may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities: Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom. Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions. Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department. Keeping track and recording pupil progress. At this Primary School you will be well supported and promote teamwork to develop the best structure for the students.
