Overview On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a strong PA to join the Project Groundwater team in Aylesbury. Working alongside the Project Leader, you will play an important role in providing administrative support for all tasks relating to Project Groundwater. Temporary – until 31/03/2025 Hours – Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm Pay Rate – £14.78 per hour Start Date – ASAP Work Schedule – Mix of office and home working Location – Aylesbury, HP20 1UA About the role As a Project Coordinator (Personal Assistant), you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: Act as initial contact point for the programme inbox Collate and organise reporting data Take minutes, prepare agendas and collate papers Update programme task list and monitor progress Schedule and arrange meetings for the partnership and project team Complete financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, purchase order requests About you The successful candidate(s) should have: Experience of working as a Personal Assistant or similar (PA, EA, Secretary) Familiarity with diary management and meeting organisation Excellent attention to detail Experience or understanding of finance processing tasks Experience of minute taking and agenda collation Good ICT skills in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook Good verbal and written communication skills About us and our Client As a flexible employee of Pertemps Recruitment Partnership Ltd, you will be joining a Company that holds the distinction of being one of the largest and most successful independent recruitment agencies in the country.
