About the Role: As a Head of Year, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of student attainment and achievement. You will also lead the pastoral care of your year group, working collaboratively with Form Tutors, school leaders, and external agencies to support students’ overall well-being and success. Your responsibilities include: Raising standards of pupil attainment and achievement, ensuring every student achieves their best. Leading pastoral support for the year group, creating a supportive and nurturing environment. Coordinating intervention strategies to address the individual needs of students. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain the school’s positive culture of high expectations.
