Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps and they are offering an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to further their career in the heart of the Birmingham area! Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) Weekly Hours: Mon - Thur: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Fri - 8.00am to 3.30pm Duties of the Maintenance Fitter: Sourcing & repairing industrial sized pumps Proficient at using hand tools and machinery Must be able to read from engineering drawings Help with upkeep of the building when required Fault finding and problem solving Planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime Keep an accurate log of all work carried out Experience & Skills: At least 5 years experience Mechanical Fitting or Maintenance Electrical Must have relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Willing to learn new skills Self-initiative Strong communication in a teamPlease click APPLY now for this great opportunity
