Urgent, immediate requirement for a Construction Clerk of Works to work on this residential scheme in SE London. This mixed residential high rise will need someone based there 5 days a week and we expect the contract to run until into October with a good degree of being extended You will need to have current experience as a Clerk of Works albeit the client is flexible on the amount. The client expects someone solely on site to monitor the work and ensure that it is completed to the manufactures recommendations and requirements, and ensuring that the quality of the works is to an acceptable standard.
