We have the perfect opportunity for you!AdvantagesFor this position, our client offers the following benefits:- Salary up to $85K + bonus- Complete group insurance program- Vacation weeks- Monday to Friday work schedule- Hybrid work modeResponsibilitiesSupport sales and operations managers across Canada, including acquisitions;- Prepare and interpret customer profitability analyses.- Monthly, quarterly, year-end and on-demand reports.- Analyze, interpret and communicate financial results.- Create detailed and flexible analyses that enable stakeholders to fully understand the key drivers of the company's results.- Support the FP&A Manager in responding to departmental requests in a timely manner:- You will work with Accounting to ensure the integrity of our month-end financial results and understand the drivers of our business performance and compare them to prior year, budget and forecasts.- Responsible for maintaining and improving our customer value assessment tool.- Participate in quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting processes.- Develop and improve reporting systems and processes to meet user needs and increase efficiency.- Participate in special projects, aligned with company-wide objectives, and make recommendations.QualificationsFor this FP&A Financial Analyst position, the following qualifications are required:- 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting/finance.- Post-secondary education in finance/accounting.- Professional designation (CPA) an asset.- Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills.- Ability to work with multiple finance teams (acquisitions) to gather and analyze results.- Bilingualism (French and English).- Good command of Excel, modeling and systems.- Thorough knowledge of PC environment, Windows; MS Office, including Access preferred.- Knowledge of Power BI (major asset).- Experience of ERP system implementation (asset).- Autonomous, able to work with minimum supervision.SummaryIf you are interested in the Senior Financial Analyst position and have the required qualifications, please send us a recent copy of your CV to [email protected].
