Human by nature.Overall Objective: Build material planning activities for raw materials to assure that finished product can be manufactured without interruption and supplied on time to our customers. Ensure material availability upon production. Minimize write-offs and optimize inventory levels. Work together with other departments to improve settings and process. Improve the Raw Material network for Naturals EAME to improve customer service, efficiency and lower cost. Contribute to planning strategies and improvement projects. Manage end-to-end Packaging supply. Follow Ingredients inventory levelKey Results areas:RM supply planning following production planSecure RM availability and optimize Inventory levelsRM constraints captured and up-to-date in the ERP and analytic tools (lead time, seasonality,…)Missions:Review procurement requirements in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure on time customer response times, raw material availability and minimal waste.Release purchase requisitions for raw materials following MOQ (minimum order quantities) and lead time to promote completion of manufacturing requirements.Review slow moving and obsolete inventory.Develop an understanding of the replenishment processes.Monitor important supply constraints, balance RM quantities across the region and escalate supply issues, working with team members.Share best practice and ideas with the team; involve teams to achieve the most efficient ways of working.Support cost reduction projects and improvement projects.Follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines and best-practice on relevant areas including Safety; address and implement where missing.Support improvements in general tools, reports and IndicatorsWork with NSP to confirm and support inventory policies, RM lead time and planning parametersTechnical Skills:Flexibility when solving issues.Affinity to systems and analytical toolsWorking knowledge BI, BO, GoogleLanguage Skills: English and French mandatory and German preferredEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalentExperience:Knowledge of Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics (e.g. Incoterm, Organic import rules) and Supply Chain best practice2 years experience in supply planning or supply chainExperience in the flavour, ingredient or fragrance industry preferredAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world. #J-18808-Ljbffr
