Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator for a Temporary role. This position offers an hourly rate of $25 and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of the organization. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of both purchase order and non-purchase order invoices. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy by adhering to month-end and payment run schedules, while also identifying and resolving any invoice discrepancies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00pm-5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Ensure all purchase order and non-purchase order invoices are processed accurately and promptly.
- Process purchase order Excel uploads and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle accounts payable inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Document all invoice-related processes and maintain clear documentation.
- Provide backup support to Accounts Payable team members when necessary.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1-2 years or more of related business experience.
- Experience in an accounting environment preferred.
- Ability to manage high volumes of invoices with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
