OCM Analyst Client: ConsultingRole: OCM AnalystDuration: 12 months plus very likely extension.Location: Brossard, QC or Mississauga (Hybrid)Our client, a consulting company is looking to hire an OCM Analyst for a 12-month contract.Your New Role:The OCM analyst role is required for the change management team of the S4 International Program. The OCM analyst report into the OCM lead of the program. The program will deploy the existing system in the EMEA regions to over 400 employees.What You’ll Need to Do to Succeed:OCM Analyst resource must come from a company that has a proven Change Management PracticeAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)A solid ability in communication and using communication tools such as Biteable, iMovie, PowerPoint, etc…Techno-functional experience in the successful delivery of Cloud Platforms/Systems implementationAbility to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategiesAbility to interpret data, and build impactful reports for decision makingGood knowledge and expertise of Enable Now platform Cloud is a mustAbility to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environmentAbility to coordinate document training plan and activities, execute the plan and coordinate logisticsExperience of working in a manufacturing environmentBilingualWhat You’ll get in ReturnThe client is offering a 12-month contract with a high likeliness of an extension and a very competitive rate for an incorporated contractor.
