MEWPs Manager

The Shore group require a MEWP's and spotters Manager for a data centre in Acton. Hours are 7:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (Half hour lunch break unpaid) * Ensuring that MEWPs are suitable for the works being conducted and that access to base controls is maintained throughout the MEWP operation. * Ensuring spotters are suitably allocated to work areas. * Ensuring that there enough spotters for the number of MEWPs on the project. * Ensuring that spotters are trained and familiar with the machine that they are working with. * Ensuring that MEWPs are checked, including the emergency lowering (operator and spotters check) prior to operation. * Ensuring that the operator and spotter are trained according to the training matrix below. * Ensuring that familiarization training is logged with each machine. * To maintain a tracker of logged familiarization training. * Ensuring that trained individuals are available to rescue someone at heights in the event of an emergency. * Ensuring that the movement of large complex machines are planned and managed in conjunction with the site traffic management plan.
