As the Brand Director at Sporty Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance our market position, increase customer engagement, and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of the iGaming industry, leadership skills, and a proven track record in brand management.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Oversee the creation and execution of brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market share
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  4. Utilize insights to refine brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
  5. Define and articulate the brand’s value proposition, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels
  6. Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints
  7. Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  8. Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to produce high-impact campaigns
  9. Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives
  10. Provide regular reports to senior management on brand performance, insights, and recommendations
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
  12. Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  13. Track spending and provide financial reports to ensure budget adherence

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  2. Solid experience in brand management and or marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  3. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
  4. Proven experience in the iGaming industry or a related field is highly desirable
  5. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of developing successful brand strategies
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends
  7. Highly motivated and results-driven
  8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  9. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Interview Process

  1. Online Aptitude Test (Max time of 30 Minutes)
  2. Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team
  3. Remote video interview with 3 x Team Members (45 mins each, not separate days)
  4. 24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process

Post Interview Process

  1. Feedback call on successful interview
  2. Offer released followed by contract
  3. ID Check Via Zinc & 2 references from previous employers
