The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Joining a collaborative team and reporting directly to the Directors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will have the autonomy to lead a diverse range of schemes spanning £2m - £200m in value, within the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, and Office sectors. Recent projects include a stunning £10m new-build residential development, a striking 10-storey residential tower with 150 premium apartments, and a comprehensive hospital refurbishment scheme. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing these high-profile developments while guiding and mentoring a team of talented professionals.
