Operations Lead - Yorkdale Shopping Centre Operations

- Responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency in store operations - Lead and execute inventory management processes effectively to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink - Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, and supply management - Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships - Lead and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, overseeing recruitment and development of talent

- 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment with proven leadership capabilities - Values feedback and is receptive to receiving feedback while being eager to provide it - High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work - Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
