Job Description: * Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations for major construction projects near Slough. * Working with closely with additional site managers reporting into the on-site Project Manager to deliver successful packages including internals and externals * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols on site. * Provide leadership and support to the project team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise site activities, including coordinating resources, materials, and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
