Department Manager

Lead & Motivate: Inspire and mentor your team to provide outstanding, personalized service. You’ll set the tone for excellence and support your associates in achieving their full potential in a fast-paced retail environment. Drive the Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer leaves with a memorable shopping experience. Merchandising & Visual Impact: Use your creative talent and skills to create brand stories to attract customers and create a vibrant and inviting sales floor. You’ll ensure that their contemporary collections are beautifully presented and that inventory is well-managed to meet customer demand. Optimize Performance: Partner with senior management to assess departmental performance, set sales goals for the department and support a team selling environment, and address operational challenges. Your focus will be on maximizing efficiency and ensuring the department meets business targets. Requirements Retail Management Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced retail setting, with a proven track record of leading successful and engaged teams. Fashion Expertise: You’re passionate about women’s contemporary fashion and deeply understand current trends and customer preferences. Customer-Centric Approach: A natural enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming, engaging shopping environment. Leadership & Team Development: You have strong coaching and leadership skills and can empower and motivate your team to excel. Customer Service Focus: Experienced and enthusiastic about engaging with customers on the sales floor to provide outstanding service. Varying Hours: Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate operational demands.
