Business Process Analyst (Engineering)

Business Process Analyst – Gaydon - £19.40-£25.84 per hour – 4 months This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Engineering operations function, the opportunity sits within the Centre Business office that is responsible for managing business data for the whole of engineering to help plan and control, headcount budges and spend across the Engineering. The role is to simplify and control data by working with customers to turn their datasets primality in excel into web based database driven solutions, work with the customer to document requirements, then translating those requirements in to develop friendly requirements, work with Senior Analysts to ensure projects are delivered to the customers brief, able to work with internal customers to determine what their requirements are to Business software solutions, understand your customer, good negation skills, ability to question the status quo, problem solver with excellent communication skills, resilient and enthusiastic who responds well to complex problems. Candidates will have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel in wider Microsoft suite, strong analytical ability, with a meticulous attention to detail, problem solver methodology and experience of working using agile methodology and tools.
