Weekend Availability. 


 


We are looking for dedicated support workers to join our team to support a young person who requires support to be able to live independently in the community in the Keynsham area.


For this position you must have a background in care and support and be able to work on your own initiative, An understanding of PTSD, Autism and FND Seizures is advantageous, so is the ability to deal with challenging situations, you will also have an engaging personality, but also be able to deal with situations that may be of a challenge. We provide support on a 24/7basis with a staff ration of two to one, and therefore we are looking for additional support workers to join the team who can play a part in providing support on a rotational basis
