Chair project reviews, ensuring that solid reports with key performance indicators are in place; communicate to the management team the status, milestones, and progress of various projects. Follow and apply the processes, procedures, and policies of the PMO department. Participate in the evolution of processes, procedures, and policies of the PMO department. Manage projects, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery in accordance with methodology. Ensure that the projects in charge are correctly planned and executed to achieve the objectives as defined. Advise, supervise, and guide the project organization in its mission and support it in cross-functional interactions. Ensure the development of recovery plans when the scope, schedule, or costs of a project are not respected or do not correspond to forecasts. Perform lessons learned analyses. Interact with local area management and department managers to resolve issues based on project needs/requirements. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and externally with customers. Ability to develop strong relationships across the company through excellent customer service; develop and maintain clear communication channels across the organization and project stakeholders. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. Graduate diploma is an asset. Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including 10 years in project management. Experience in IT and non-IT project management would be a distinctive asset. Varied experience in IT project management (application, telecom, infrastructure, prototyping, etc.). High-level project manager with expert-level knowledge of project management and change management methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches. Understanding of systems architecture and their interrelationships. Skills in budget, cost, and profitability management. Credibility as a high-level project manager. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as part of an overall vision. Ability to supervise, coach, and transfer knowledge to team members. Team management ability in a matrix mode. Ability to build strong network and executive-level relationships across customer and supplier groups. Ability to adjust and integrate into different business styles and cultures. Resilience, autonomy, curiosity, and resourcefulness. Bilingual (spoken/written) in French and English. Adaptability to hybrid work (onsite & remote). Knowledge of several project management platforms (Msft, Monday, Sciforma, etc.). Meticulous in project financial monitoring.
